Willowood is looking for Regional Marketing Manager for LATAM region

Willowood is a completely backward integrated well established and reputed global Agrochemical player with over 30 year history serving farmers across 45 countries through its subsidiaries in India/China/Kenya/Indonesia/UAE/Brazil.

 

The group manufactures 18 active ingredients and has 4 formulation plants producing EC/SL/EW/SE/WG/WP/OD/SC formulations with dedicated plants for herbicides & insecticide/fungicide and has its own GLP labs fully equipped with chemistry and Toxicology facilities to carry out OECD GLP studies.

 

As part of our LATAM focus, we are looking for candidates with excellent market knowledge of LATAM countries (excluding Brazil) who are of entrepreneurial mindset and have business development acumen.

 

Employment Responsibilities

 

The position is that of a Regional Marketing Manager also responsible for Business Development and Marketing of Willowood products by developing distributors across LATAM & Central American region.

 

Job Requirements: Only Candidates based in Colombia/Mexico/Peru to apply

• Agronomist with fair understanding of cropping pattern , insect/weed/fungal spectrum and resistance management issues to introduce proprietary mixtures across the region

• 10 years of relevant professional experience with proven track record/management degree will be an added advantage

• Fair understanding of regulatory landscape of each country in the region along with legal operating environment with financial prudence

• Fluent in Spanish and English
