The SCI-AGRO laboratory (a Brazilian CRO) announced the hiring of executive Paulo Silva as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Graduated in Chemistry Bachelor's Degree from the Federal University of São Carlos (1983), specialization in Energy in Agriculture from the International Atomic Energy Agency (1986), master's degree in Nuclear Energy in Agriculture (Esalq) from the University of São Paulo (1989), and about 35 years of experience in the market, Paulo Silva has worked for large companies such as Bioagri Laboratórios, where he was one of the founders and assumed the positions of Technical Director and CEO, and also at BRA Agroquímica, a top 10 agrochemical company in Brazil, where he assumed the position of Technical Director.
“We have a great challenge ahead of us and we plan to expand the presence of the SCI-AGRO laboratory in Brazil, China and India, always maintaining an excellent relationship with customers who believe in our business”, says Paulo Silva.
The SCI-AGRO laboratory offers studies in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in agrochemical products for registration purposes, in the areas of physical-chemistry, mutagenicity, ecotoxicology and toxicology for formulated products and the 5-batch study for technical products.
