Ningxia Lamtin’s bentazone, oxadiazon and oxadiargyl project put into operation

Chinese agrochemical company Ningxia Lamtin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd has disclosed that its pesticide technical production lines launched in Pingluo, Ningxia, China have been put into operation, covering bentazone, metamifop, oxadiazon and oxadiargyl. 

It is now one step closer to the company’s 3-year strategic plan of “setting up eight production lines in Phase 1 and achieving Yuan0.8-1 billion sales in 3 to 5 years while moving toward public listing.”

On January 14, 2019, the high-efficient and environment-friendly pesticide series project of Ningxia Lamtin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd was endorsed by Pingluo County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, covering 22,722-ton high-efficient and environment-friendly pesticide technicals. The product series include 1,000-oxadiazon, 600-ton oxadiargyl, 600-ton isoproturon, 1,200-ton bentazone, 300-ton pinoxaden, 1,200-ton metamifop, 6,000-ton MCPA. The project is divided into three phases, covering high-efficient and environment-friendly pesticide technicals, with phase 1 of 20,200 tons, phase 2 of 4,300 tons and phase 3 of 4,700 tons.

On the occasion of the partial running of Phase 1, Ningxia Lamtin announces that the company will start developing its international market, which is delegated to its share-controlled company Shanghai Nicex International Trading Co.,Ltd., that will handle the international trade business on behalf of the company. Nicex International Trade Co., Ltd can provide clients at home and abroad with diversified products and technical services which are backed up by the advantages of Ningxia Lamtin’s self-produced pesticide technical and Anhui Lamtin’s formulation capacity. 

Sasha Zhang, Overseas Sales Director, of Nicex International Trade, revealed, “Ningxia Lamtin’s accumulated spending has reached Yuan320 million. After completion of Phase 1, the company will proceed with the construction of 10 production lines of Phase 2.”
