Isagro closes acquisition of Phoenix-Del

Isagro S.p.A. communicates that Wednesday the Closing of the acquisition of 100% of Phoenix-Del S.r.l. capital stock was finalized. The value of the transaction amounts to €3.6 million, out of which 3.1 million paid Wednesday and 0.5 million to be paid in 2023 subject to the achievement of certain commercial objectives. 

“This first acquisition for the new business model of Isagro, based on the growth also through external lines in the segments of copper-based fungicides and biosolutions, will allow the generation of important industrial and commercial synergies” said Giorgio Basile, President and CEO of Isagro. 

Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
