ABA Chemicals, received approval from China’s Yancheng Municipal Government on August 10, 2020, to resume operations at the Jiangsu Jiannong Crop Protection Co., Ltd. after it had shut down in March 2019, following the "3.21" explosion at the Xiangshui Chemical Plant.
In the aftermath of the explosion at the Xiangshui Chemical Plant and its impact on the environmental compliance and work safety regulations in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Jiannong Crop Protection Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABA Chemicals, had been temporarily shut down.
Some of the contents of the approval are listed below:

The approval received covers only part of the production line of the Jiannong Crop Protection Ltd., and the resumption for the rest is awaiting approval.
