Date:02-26-2020
At the 19th Femagri, an event held by Cooxupé, the country's largest coffee exporter, from February 12 to 14, in Guaxupé (MG), Ihara introduced Spirit SC (87.5 g/L dinotefuran + 273 g/L flutriafol), a product for the management and productivity of the coffee culture.
To combat the coffee leaf miner, rust and cicada, which can leave producers with losses of 70% to 80%, the Spirit insecticide offers a shock effect and a control period against these pests, one of the main challenges coffee growers face.
“With Spirit SC, the Brazilian coffee grower will have at his disposal a technology, which in addition to promoting highly efficient control, is a new option for handling resistance, adding value throughout the productive cycle of this culture,” said the Regional Marketing Manager of Ihara, Breno Bezerra Siqueira.
Along with Spirit SC, the company also highlighted other products at the event aimed at offering the farmer a complete solution in the field, such as the EC Fusion, which has a molecule developed against rust, and the insecticide, Cartap BR 500, an ally of the coffee tree in the fight against the leaf miner.
In addition to these products, the company's portfolio also includes Flumyzin 500, a herbicide intended for the control of weed plants, with a long residual for application during pre- and post-emergence, and the insecticide, Danimen 300 EC, for controlling the main pests.
