Dow, DuPont Resolve Dispute about Marketing of Certain Corn Seed Products

Pioneer Hi-Bred have resolved a dispute regarding the marketing of certain corn seed products sold through
Pioneer's PROaccess(SM) business unit. As part of the resolution,
Pioneer will continue to distribute products through its PROaccess(SM) business unit, with modified packaging. Further details were not disclosed.
