Remington Seeds signs the strategic agreement with MAIS to purchase seed plant and farming operations in Ukraine

We are pleased to announce that Remington Seeds has entered into a strategic agreement with MAIS to purchase its’ seed plant and farming operations in Ukraine.
The newly established entity, SEED CORP, will be providing a full scope of services to its international and local clients for the production of high quality seeds in Ukraine. SEED CORP, with more than 5 thousand hectares of irrigated agricultural land and one of the most modern seed plants in Eastern Europe, is based in the heart of the black soil production area in Ukraine.
Thanks to this transaction, Remington Seeds will enter the Ukrainian market, expanding its global presence to offer customers of any scale full service solutions for seed production and reinforcing its’ Black Sea footprint strategy. The acquisition will help streamline the entire service provider process, increasing efficiency and innovation to tailor solutions to each customer’s needs.
