UPL obtains all regulatory approvals for Arysta LifeScience acquisition

UPL, in a press note to the exchanges, informed that the company has obtained all regulatory approvals for the acquisition of 100% stake of Arysta LifeScience.
Accordingly, the company is expected to complete the transaction with regards to acquisition by January 31, 2019, said UPL in a press release after market hours to the exchanges last Thursday.
