Rallis India mulls merger of Metahelix Life with itself

Rallis India announced on Wednesday that it will consider at board meeting to be held on January 17, a proposal for the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary Metahelix Life Sciences with itself.

Based in Bangalore,  Metahelix is an agricultural biotechnology company focusing on developing traits and technologies for crop protection & improved productivity. Hybrid Seeds and traits are commercialized.

Metahelix also provides customized research to select global Ag-biotech business using its proprietary technologies in crop transformation and functional genomics.
