Monsanto ranked among Top 100 adoption friendly workplaces

The former Monsanto Company, now Bayer, has been recognized by the Dave Thomas Foundation as a 2018 Top 100 Adoption Friendly Workplace, ranking No. 69. Within the Foundation's Industry and Manufacturing category, Monsanto rank's No. 3 out of the five companies that are listed.

"As Bayer and Monsanto continue to advance together as one company, it's comforting to know both have a legacy of providing benefits that help to create inclusive environments for all families."
 

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is America's only non-profit charity dedicated to finding homes for children in foster care, which currently numbers more than 100,000. Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces are determined by an analysis of financial assistance and paid leave for families who adopt, based on surveys completed by employers.
