Bayer launched new fungicide Cripton Xpro for peanuts in Argentina

Bayer has launched its new fungicide Cripton Xpro (bixafen + prothioconazole + trifloxystrobin) for use on peanuts in Argentina.

 

"Xpro technology, a powerful fungicide solution based on the complementarity and synergism of its assets, is composed of bixafen, prothioconazole and trifloxystrobin. The product can provide unparalleled and long-lasting control of early leaf spot (Cercospora arachidicola) and late leaf spot (Cercosporidium personatum), with a positive physiological impact on the plant, which helps maximize yield in the field, "said Luis Rodríguez, head of regional marketing at Bayer.

  

"Peanuts are an extensive crop but perhaps should be considered intensive because of the amount of attention required in the management of diseases. With Cripton Xpro, we want to continue accompanying the producers to help them increase the yield of their crops, "Rodríguez added.
