Lier Chemical’s net profit increased 93.01% in 2017

Chinese agrochemical company Lier Chemical recently published its 2017 business report, which revealed a total business income of Yuan3.083 billion, a 55.55% increase year on year. The business profit reached Yuan525 million, 114.92% up year on year; and net profit attributable to shareholders reached Yuan402 million, a 93.01% rise year on year. The details are as shown below:

The business report shows the company witnessed a high demand for its products in the market during the year. In the meantime, the company’s annual 5,000-ton glufosinate technical capacity renovation has been completed, securing supplies to the market. Lier Chemical also announced plans to build a 10,000-ton glufosinate technical project with an investment of more than Yuan852 million. The project will increase the glufosinate capacity of Lier Chemical from the present 5,000 tons per year up to 15,000 tons per year. The completion of this plan will reinforce the company’s largest glufosinate technical capacity status in China.
