Arkansas Plant Board to review its dicamba use regulations
Date:01-02-2018
The Arkansas State Plant Board will meet on January 3rd to consider potential revisions to its proposed April 15th cutoff date for dicamba applications in Arkansas.
The meeting is scheduled in response to a request by an Arkansas legislative subcommittee that the Plant Board consider revisions to its proposal. The legislative subcommittee wants the board to consider dividing the state into north and south zones and to take another look at how temperature and humidity affect temperature inversion during night-time hours.
That legislative subcommittee will meet again on January 16th to consider the outcome of the Plant Board's January 3rd meeting.
