FMC introduces herbicide Battle Delta in Italy
Date:12-18-2017
FMC introduces broad spectrum herbicide Battle Delta (flufenacet + diflufenican) for the autumn-winter cereals segment in Italy.
Formulated as a concentrated suspension, Battle Delta contains 400 g/L flufenacet and 200 g/L diflufenican, it can be used on hard and soft wheat, barley, rye and triticale.
Characterized by good residual action, the product appears selective and flexible in terms of application times, being able to be applied both in pre-emergency and in the post-emergency phase, when the crop is at the stage of one to three true leaves.
Battle Delta offers good miscibility and allows the composition of specific treatments for each field situation. It is active against both graminaceous and dicotyledonous weeds, such as foxtail, ryegrass, poppy, stellaria, mustard, etc. It can also control populations that have become resistant to sulphonylureas, or to the so-called ACCase.
