China’s MOC starts anti-dumping investigations on imported ethanolamine originated from US

By Think Real - On 30 Oct., 2017, Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOC) published a notice that it had decided to conduct anti-dumping investigations on imported ethanolamine originated from the US, Arabia, Malaysia and Thailand.
It was stated in the notice that the normal investigation time of the case is a year and under special circumstances, it may be extended to 30 April, 2019. The dumping investigation of the case was from 1 July, 2016 to 30 June, 2017 and the industry injury period was from 1 Jan., 2014 to 30 June, 2017.
It is known that ethanolamine is an intermediate for the production of the insecticide fenoxycarb and it can be extensively used in other chemical fields.
