UPL signed a MoU with the Gujarat state government for new production facility

Agrochemicals producer United Phosphorus Limited signed an MoU with the Gujarat state government on Tuesday to invest Rs 6,000 crore for setting up an agrochemical and intermediates production facility in Dahej 3 chemical zone, an official statement said.

As per the MoU, signed in the presence of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, the company will be allotted 6 lakh sqmt of land for a production facility which will create 10,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities.
