Use of Adama's fungicide Azimut extended to 20 more crops in Brazil

Adama’s fungicide, Azimut (azoxystrobin + tebuconazole), had its license extended to 20 crops in Brazil, including cotton, sugarcane, irrigated rice, garlic, peanut, oat, banana, potato, canola, onion, carrot, citrus, sunflower, mango, melon, millet, sorghum, tomato, triticale and grape. 

 

Azimut is a fungicide with a systemic mode of action and concentrate suspension, and is already recommended for the control of diseases in coffee, barley, kidney beans, corn, soybean and wheat. 

 

According to the manufacturer, due to the unique proportion of active ingredients and its formula, which was developed by Adama, the product efficiently controls major diseases, such as Rust, Cercospora and Septoria. 

 

“Azimut is already a product that is recognized in the market, because of its efficiency. It is a wide-spectrum and versatile fungicide that is effective on several crops, with an optimal cost-benefit for farmers,” said Leandro Garcia, Product Manager at Adama.
