Arysta presents soil corrector Humiplex 50G in Argentina
Date:04-19-2017
Arysta LifeScience presented its soil corrector Humiplex 50G (50% humic acids) in Argentina recently.
It is an organic amendment and bio-activation that improves physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil and increases the efficiency of nutrients assimilation and water availability.
The product reacts chemically and unblocks non-assimilable forms of nutritional elements (insoluble salts), releasing it to be used by the plants. In other words, they are involved with nutrition, easing the procedure of absorption of nutrients. Gradually, physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil are also improved.
According to the manufacturer, Humiplex 50G increases the effectiveness of solid fertilizers used for basic fertilization of the crop (nitrogen; phosphorus; potassium and N-P-K). The humic substance acts as a micronutrient chelating agents – Iron (Fe), Zinc (Zn), Magnesium (Mn)—and solubilizers of P, K and Calcium (Ca).
The agricultural soils in Argentina present diverse characteristics, from neutral pH to slightly alkaline, passing from acid soils from its origin as well as by agricultural practices that were submitted for years. The form of leasing is also not helpful using strategies of short-term nutrient support.
Though it has in theory sufficient supply of elements, such as Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium, all the combinations described before find answers in the contributions of such nutrients, due to the fact that they could be masked as relations among them are altered.
Arysta affirmed that the product improves the quality of saline soils and the retention of moisture in sandy soils, and avoids cracks, crusting and strangulation problems in clay soils. It favors soil aggregation and eases the penetration of roots and growth of vegetative subsoil organisms (tubers, bulbs).
