AgriThority adds expert to lead licensing and intellectual property consulting services

AgriThority®, an agricultural science consultancy focused on accelerating new technologies to commercialization in markets around the world, welcomes Sharon Berberich to its team of Associates as Account Manager for Licensing and Intellectual Property.
In her new role, Berberich will guide clients in developing, protecting, registering and licensing new agricultural technologies. She will also be involved in business and strategy development and will work with clients from startup technology companies to multinationals.
Berberich offers the AgriThority team and its clients valuable insight in agri-business, specifically in developing and commercializing new technologies on a global scale. She gained technical and business experience in biotechnology as well as crop protection while working with cutting-edge startups and at Monsanto and Dow.

Prior to joining AgriThority, Berberich was Head of Operations for Kaiima Bio Agritech where she led all U.S. operations. Her responsibilities included business development and account management for Kaiima's North American partners and licensing strategy for the company's technology platform. She previously held positions with Dow AgroSciences, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Chlorogen and Monsanto.
Berberich graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and biochemistry.
