Great Place To Work® names Monsanto as one of the world’s best multinational companies for 2016

For the fifth year in a row, Great Place to Work® has ranked Monsanto Company on its 2016 list of the Top 25 “World’s Best Multinational Workplaces.” Ranked No. 23, Monsanto is the only agricultural and St. Louis based company to appear on this year’s list.

To be eligible for the Top 25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces list, qualifying companies must have appeared on at least five national Great Place to Work lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide and have a global workforce where at least 40 percent of their employees work outside the company’s home country.
Monsanto continues to be recognized by other third-party organizations as an employer of choice. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption recognized Monsanto as one of the nation’s best adoption friendly workplaces, DiversityInc® named Monsanto to its Top 50 Companies for Diversity List and Great Place to Work® Institute and Fortune® magazine ranked Monsanto 11th on its 2016 list of the 50 Best Workplaces for Flexibility.
