ADAMA’s 60,000 tons/year pesticide formulation project begins construction

 

Located in Jiangsu Huai'an Salinization New Material Industrial Park, and running on a total investment of US$54 million, the project is designed to produce 45,000 tons of herbicide and 15,000 tons of insecticide (fungicide) products using advanced technologies. It is also the first multinational-run investment project to be introduced in the park. 

 

The  project comprises nine smaller projects, including a factory for herbicides, a designated area for insecticide (fungicide) emulsion and suspension, a wastewater pretreatment station, and a compressed air station. The planned construction period is 60 days.
