Kaichen Chemicals to launch 1,000-on dicamba project

Chinese agrochemical company iangsu Kaichen Chemicals Ltd has decided to invest Yuan 88.50 million on an annual 4,500-ton novel pesticide project, which covers 200-ton methoxyfenozide, 100-ton flumetsulam, 200-ton haloxyfop-R-methyl, 1,000-ton dicamba and 3,000-ton 2, 4-D iso-octyl. The project is located in its original premises within the New Chemical Area of Huai’an Economic Zone, where a technical upgrade will be carried out.
Kaichen Chemicals is owned by the wholly foreign-invested company Jiangsu Trustchem Crop Protection Ltd, being engaged in research, production and marketing of pesticide technical, pesticide intermediate and pesticide formulations. The company is located in Liwan Road, New Chemical Area of Huai’an Economic Zone, taking a land area of 120 Mu, with a registered capital of Yuan 60 million.
