Kangqiao’s 400 ton/year pyraclostrobin technical project put on production successfully

Shandong Kangqiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd.’s 400 ton/year pyraclostrobin technical project has begun production, following the completion of inspections by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The sewage treatment equipment, worth 18 million yuan, has also been put into use. The pyraclostrobin technical production line is equipped with an automated Computer Numerical Control (CNC) System, with processing equipment and facilities that meet the highest standards in China. These facilities provide a strong backup to guarantee the pyraclostrobin’s high quality, which falls under the Kangqiao brand.

According to Kangqiao, the new projects have taken a huge leap forward in terms of equipment and electrical and instrumentation aspects.

1. Equipment: The new project equipment include both static and dynamic types. The static devices include stationary reactors and heat exchangers, while the dynamic devices are power pumps, air compressors, centrifuges, and so on. International advanced automatic centrifuges are used. These feed and discharge all their processes automatically without stopping halfway or dropping speed, reducing the number of manual processes needed and non-productive time, thus improving production efficiency. Further, the fully automated production process excludes flaws, ensuring the consistency and stability of the product.

2. Appliances: Appliances in the new projects include high power distribution systems, dynamic distribution systems, lighting systems, and a lightning protection grounding system. Kangqiao has set a firm foundation for safe, efficient production by adopting the best electrical system in the country.

3. Instrumentation: The new projects use the latest CNC system internationally, with important parameters being monitored and operated in the control room, which ensures the safety chain is being followed by the CNC system. The production site is equipped with advanced touch screen computers, allowing on-site personnel to control operations manually. The CNC room is also equipped with a large display screen, on which specific parts of the production process can be clearly observed.

The start of operations for the new pyraclostrobin project marks a milestone in the development of Shandong Kangqiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd and lays a firm foundation for the company in the domestic pyraclostrobin market.
