Date:12-15-2015
The US EPA is proposing to register Bayer CropScience's insecticide/miticide product, spirotetramat, for use on citrus trees grown in residential areas. This proposed decision will be open for public comment until January 8th, 2016.
Bayer CropScience’s spirotetramat has received the first regulatory approval in Tunisia in 2007 and was launched in 2008. Spirotetramat is a broad spectrum product for control of sucking insects on a wide range of crops, including aphids, whitefly, scale insects and mealy bugs.
