Agrinos announces the addition of Dr. Michael Austin as Head of Global Agronomy.
Austin will lead the global agronomy team within the Research and Development (R&D) organization at Agrinos, emphasizing scientific research for the company's existing and new product lines.

The Global Agronomy team will also support and review commercial trial activities around the world through the Agrinos Global R&D agronomists for the Americas and EMEA & Asia, who now report to Austin.
Prior to joining Agrinos Austin has held roles with Syngenta Seeds as the Head for North American Continuous Nurseries in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, with DuPont Pioneer Hi-Bred as research scientist and agronomist, and with the Hawaii Agriculture Research Center (HARC) as diversified crops scientist. He earned his Ph.D. in Plant Breeding at the University of Hawaii. Austin will be based in the United States, but oversee agronomy activities worldwide.
