Tessenderlo Kerley subsidiary NovaSource announces staff additions

NovaSource, the crop protection business unit of Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI), recently announced the addition of Kevin Henry, Ph.D. as Director of Product Safety and Ryan Meredith as Regional Account Manager in its Midwest/Northeast/Eastern Canada region.
In the role of Director of Product Safety, Dr. Henry will primarily focus on managing the data generation, interpretation, and communication of human and environmental safety assessments that are required for crop protection chemicals.
Based in the NovaSource headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, he will also lead the NovaSource regulatory team in selected projects with the registration, re-registration and defense of NovaSource products with regulatory agencies around the world.
Dr. Henry has spent the majority of his career with Syngenta Crop Protection and Dow Chemical Company, serving in a number of roles. He earned a B.S. degree in biology at University of New Mexico, was a Fulbright Scholar in Austria, and earned a Ph.D. in zoology and environmental toxicology at Michigan State University.
Meredith assumes the role of Regional Account Manager for the NovaSource region that includes the Midwest/Northeast USA and Eastern Canada. The position had previously been held by Bob Gestring, who recently accepted the position of NovaSource Director of Sales, North America.
He has experience as a territory sales manager for Arysta LifeScience, in business development for Heartland Co-op and as a medical specialty representative for Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
In his new role with NovaSource, Meredith will be based from an office in Ankeny, IA. He is a graduate of Upper Iowa University with a Bachelors of Science degree.
