Isagro appoints its board of directors

Italian agrochemical company Isagro has appointed its board of directors to run the company until the approval of the financial statements as of December 31st, 2017. They include Giorgio Basile as CEO; Maurizio Basile as Vice President; the Directors Adriana Sartor, Daniela Mainini and Stavros Sionis as members of the Independent Directors Committee; the Director Stavros Sionis as Lead Independent Director.
