Monsanto includes Sumisoya into its weed management program in Brazil‏

Monsanto has recently introduced herbicide Sumisoya (flumioxazin) in Brazil during the 14th Tecnoshow Comigo. Sumisoya is a pre-emergent herbicide and composed the best-selling pre-emergent herbicide for soybeans in the United States.
For the role in inhibiting the emergence of weeds during the initial development, Sumisoya is recommended to be included into Monsanto's weed management program Roundup Ready PLUS® Crop Management Solutions to control resistant weeds in soybeans. The program created by the company emphasizes the need to use herbicides with different mechanisms of action per hectare throughout the year agricultural.
"Reducing the level of weed competition at the initial stage of crop development is key to contribute significantly to protect high yields. Combined with other active ingredients, Sumisoya will be important to form the recommendation tools of the Roundup Ready Plus System", clarified Marcelo Segalla, Crop Protection Strategy Manager at Monsanto.
