US to approve BASF's biopesticide TrichoPlus

The U.S. EPA has proposed to approve BASF's manufacturing-use pesticide product Trichoderma asperelloides strain JM41R Technical and an end-use pesticide product TrichoPlus^TM(Trichoderma asperelloides strain JM41R). TrichoPlus^TM is to be applied to soil and growing media in commercial greenhouses to manage soilborne diseases caused by organisms such as Rhizoctonia and Fusarium.The agency has opened the public comments from Apr 10 to Apr 25, 2015.
