Koppert’s Best Selling Trianum-P and Trianum-G Permitted in North America
Date:02-23-2015
Since the autumn of 2014, Trianum-P and Trianum-G have been allowed into the USA. Trianum is based on the fungus Trichoderma harzianum. It colonizes the plant’s root system, giving pathogens in the root environment no opportunity to strike. This results in healthier crops and higher rates of production.
Trianum is now known as one of Koppert’s best selling products. Trianum-P (waterdispersible granulate) and Trianum-G (granules) are now permitted to be used for a large variety of crops, including tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper, aubergine, lettuce, and endive, broccoli and cauliflower, as well as bean, pea, stone fruit, soft fruit, citrus fruit, potato, root crops, wheat, corn, sunflowers, cotton, onions, cut flower, pot plants, and flower bulbs.
Koppert USA started selling these two products at the end of 2014. Both products are expected to have allowed entry into Canada in the second quarter of 2015.
