Dow obtains registration for Tricea in Brazil

Dow AgroSciences obtained the federal registration for the herbicide Tricea (pyroxsulam) in Brazil, a post-emergent selective herbicide for wheat. Tricea has wide control spectrum, acting on weeds with broadleaf as well as narrow-leaf, such as wild radish (Raphanus raphanistrum) and wild buckwheat (Polygonum convolvulus). 

 

Tricea is available since July of 2014 on Dow AgroSciences dealerships in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina, and will be available all over the Brazilian territory for next year.
