Monsanto named as a Top Company for Diversity

For the seventh year in a row, DiversityInc has recognized Monsanto Company for its commitment to diversity with the inclusion of the sustainable agriculture company to its annual diversity list. Monsanto took the 46th spot on the publication’s 14th annual Top 50 Companies for Diversity ranking. The St. Louis based company is the only business from the region to make the list.

In naming Monsanto to the list, DiversityInc specifically cited the company’s exceptional leadership support, talent-development initiatives, strong employee resource groups and its commitment to supporting communities around the world.
