Sanonda sales up 31% in 2013

Chinese agrochemical enterprise Hubei Sanonda posted a 31.3% increase to Yuan 3.07 billion ( $493.7 million at the current rate) in sales year on year. Of which export rose 36.2% to $270 million; total profit significantly boosted 204.5% reached Yuan 434 million($69.8 million at the current rate); pesticide output (in 100% purity) achieved a 25.7% rise to 62,100 tons.

The announcement shows that the main raw material consumption of acephate in 2013 was decreased, product yield was noticeably increased, and production capacity was expanded; methomyl capacity was significantly increased, product yield was increased; paraquat raw material consumption was noticeably decreased, production capacity was increased; 2, 4 - D continuous production process was partly achieved.

Hubei Sanonda ranked No.7 among the Top 20 Chinese Agrochemical Enterprises of AGROPAGES 2012; its income in 2014 is expected to reach Yuan 3 billion($482.4 million at the current rate). Sanonda is prepared to enhance its export via cooperation with interested partners. In the meantime Sanonda will make more investment in research & development activities, expedite e-commerce business mode, as well as to strengthen the Sanonda brand image.
