Rotam to launch Ykatu® fungicide in Argentina

The Hong Kong-based agrochemical company Rotam has announced that it is launching in Argentina its first azoxystrobin based product, Ykatu®, as a new fungicide mixture specifically designed to control the rust diseases on cereals and soybean.

Ykatu® is composed of a unique ratio of 80g azoxystrobin plus 160g tebuconazole, developed from internal evaluation and set up in a suspension concentrate (SC). The synergism of the two actives in a specific formulation composition developed by Rotam provides a high speed of action and the residual activity to have a better control of the late cycle diseases in soybean.
