Dow AgroSciences continues its commitment to the small grains market by naming Nikki Hall as U.S. portfolio marketing leader for cereals and rice and Justin Stewart as product manager for cereal herbicides.

In her new position, Hall will lead the business management teams for cereals and rice products and will be accountable for the company's growth goals in these markets. She will provide oversight of business strategy implementation as well as the development of marketing plans.

Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural education with a minor in plant and soil science from the University of Kentucky. She has been with Dow AgroSciences since 2001 and has served the company in several roles. Most recently, she was a district sales manager for Indiana, Illinois and western Kentucky.

As the new product manager for cereal herbicides, Stewart is responsible for leading product development, placement, pricing and promotions in the winter wheat, spring wheat and durum market segments.

Stewart received a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy and a Master of Science in plant pathology from Purdue University. He also received a Master of Science in industrial administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. He joined Dow AgroSciences in 2007 and was most recently the U.S. product manager for ProFume® and VIKANE® gas fumigants.
