BASF presents new fungicide Orquesta Ultra

BASF presented its latest innovation: fungicide Orquesta Ultra for wheat and barley. It is fungicide that delivers continuous protection, because its intelligent formulation guarantees the continuous product supply to the plant after the moment of application.

This product is characterized by its fast penetration into the plant and its long persistence of action. This new technology enables to have an application planning with a much broader application window. This, combined with a high level of activity, provides long-term preventive and curative effects.

Orquesta Ultra is the first triple mixture available for winter cereals, having Xemium and F500 as featured ingredients.  Thanks to the new mode and place of action of Xemium, Orquesta Ultra is an innovative tool for pathogens resistance management. The new fungicide of the Xemium family is designed to control a wide variety of leaf diseases, such as rusts and stains affecting wheat and barley crops.
