AgroPages-Sinochem International raises holdings in agrochemical producers-Agricultural news

Sinochem International Co. Ltd., the largest chemical products supplier in China, announced that it has purchased about 2.35 million shares in Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals Co. Ltd. through secondary market, lifting its holdings in the latter to 29.19%. Stake of 29.19 percent in Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals Co. made Sinochem became Jiangshan’s largest shareholder. Sinochem gained 5.84 percent, to 6.52 yuan. Jiangshan advanced 7.06 percent to 10.16 yuan.
