US EPA terminates uses of Busan1024

US EPA has announced a cancellation order to terminate the uses of Busan1024(1-Methyl-3,5,7-Triaza-1-Azoniatricyclodecane Chloride) after receiving the request of Buckman Laboratories, Inc to voluntarily amend to terminate uses of this product registration, pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The cancellation was effective on January 9, 2013.
The uses for laundry starch, petroleum production and recovery, textiles, papermaking chemicals and coatings, metalworking fluids have been terminated.
The registrant may sell and distribute existing stocks until January 9, 2014. Persons other than the registrant may sell and distribute existing stocks until exhausted. Use of the product may continue until existing stocks are exhausted, provided that such use is consistent with the terms of the previously approved labeling on, or that accompanied, the canceled product.
