Organic Plant Health, Inc. Takes Exclusive Distribution Right for a New Compost Product

"We have set very high expectations for what we believe will be a groundbreaking new product in the industry," stated Billy Styles, President and CEO of Organic Plant Health. "One distinguishing factor that sets this product aside is the specialized manner in which the catfish are raised. These fish are grain fed on the surface of segregated canals as opposed to traditional lake raised bottom feeding catfish. The result is a healthier, nutrient rich fish and odor free compost product which makes it much more versatile than traditional compost products. In addition, this new compost product will contain added microbial populations and inoculants intended to support diversity in the soil food web and improve water and nutrient availability. This new formula can be used on indoor house plants as well as customary outdoor flower beds, vegetable gardens and ornamental beds in a consumer application, as well as a variety of large scale agriculture crop production environments."

The catfish manure based compost product is 100% organic and suitable for use in a myriad of organic growing environments including, consumer lawns and gardens, commercial landscapes, organic crop production, agriculture, golf courses, and athletic and sports fields. Organic Plant Health expects to officially announce the name of the new formula and include it in its product line very shortly. The compost will be sold in a variety of sizes ranging from 5 lbs. bags to truckloads.
