Zeraim Gedera to sell Syngenta products in Israel

Zeraim Gedera, which was acquired before five years by Syngenta, took over the responsibility for marketing Syngenta's products in Israel, including pest control materials, seeds and complementary products.

Syngenta is the world leader in the field of pesticides and seeds, and last year decided to change its global marketing strategy and focus your attention on building solutions for farmers. To this end it was decided to unite the divisions Syngenta seeds and pesticides division and in this context has received "'Zeraim Gedera" the after-sales all Syngenta's product portfolio in Israel.

Zeraim Gedera specializes in the development and marketing of vegetable varieties with good-quality crop with maximum adaptability capability allows minimal use of pesticides. The company is currently developing the next generation of species, including cluster tomatoes, big tomatoes, tomato flavor, and elongated tomatoes & different cherry tomatoes.

The company is a leader in a large variety of pepper varieties of colors and sizes, all accommodating severe climatic conditions and with excellent shelf life, the result of fruitful cooperation with the Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot. 

Syngenta's Israel and South-Eastern Europe regional director, Bob Grappeli, visits Zeraim Gedera's booth at the Agritech exhibition for two days within he'will meet with Israel Ministry of Agriculture CEO, Yossi Yishai and other senior officials to consider further investment and expansion in the activities of Syngenta.
