EU re-registration for epoxiconazole and fenpropimorph

BASF has welcomed a positive vote by the EU Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health for the re-registration of the fungicides, epoxiconazole and fenpropimorph. Adoption and publication of the decision by the European Commission is expected before the end of the year.
The two active ingredients were in the third round of the EU review of existing ais. They are "cornerstones" in BASF's crop protection portfolio, the company says.
