Agro Culture Liquid Fertilizers, a manufacturer and distributor of liquid fertilizer products across the United States, has announced its intention to break ground on a new corporate headquarters facility in St. Johns, Mich., this spring. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for April 11, 2012, immediately next to the current headquarters at 3055 West M-21 in St. Johns.
"In 1999, we laid out an ambitious plan to grow 20% every year for 20 years,” said Agro-Liquid CEO Troy Bancroft. “Due to our dedicated employees and excellent management, I am proud that we have not only met but also exceeded these goals. However, the one thing we are now lacking is the physical space to accommodate the growth we have had. We made the decision to invest in our manufacturing facilities initially but corporate staff has grown significantly in the last three to five years.”
Architectural documents are currently underway, with the many permits and infrastructure requirements being secured during the remainder of winter and spring. A summer, 2013 completion date is planned to align with Agro Liquid’s 30thanniversary.
