Piemme increased its stake in Manisa

It is announced that on December 14th, 2011 the company Piemme S.r.l., which indirectly controls Isagro S.p.A., increased by 1.9% its stake in the equity of Manisa S.r.l. bringing it to 53.9%. In this way, Piemme S.r.l. increased its indirect participation in the issuer Isagro S.p.A. from 21.5% to 22.3%.
