Solemn declaration concerning on combating illegal exports of pyrasulfotole technical

Shandong Sino-Agri United Biotechnology Co., Ltd. hereby solemnly declares: our wholly-owned subsidiary - Weifang Sino-agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd. is the only legal authorized manufacturer and exporter of Pyrasulfotole Technical in China. The pesticide production license number is: Pesticide production permit (Lu 0018). Following with registration certificates:

PYRASULFOTOLE TECHNICAL: EX20230034

According to Article 44 of the Pesticide Administration Regulations issued by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, pesticides produced without obtaining a pesticide registration certificate are considered to be counterfeit pesticides. Any procurement of Pyrasulfotole Technical produced by non Weifang Sino-agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd. from China for export, especially to Australia will be deemed illegal and the products will be counterfeit pesticides.

Our company reserves the right to take further actions, including maintaining close communication with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Chinese Customs, and Australian Embassy, China. We are committed to severely cracking down on illegal exports and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of compliant enterprises. At the same time, in order to purify the industry and combat unhealthy practices, any whistleblower will be heavily rewarded once their report is verified.
