Rovensa Next appoints Fábio Dias as Head of EMEA

Rovensa Next, the global biosolutions business unit of Rovensa Group, strengthens its leadership by appointing Fábio Dias as its new Head of EMEA.  

Fábio Dias has been appointed to reinforce the company’s commercial outreach in this region, and aims to continue the work accomplished by Riccardo Vanelli, who previously held this role before becoming the Global CCO of Rovensa Next. 

Fábio has a proven track record of driving performance improvements and delivering exceptional value to customers, thanks to his extensive experience leading commercial teams across diverse markets in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. His ability to translate strategic objectives into practical initiatives has resulted in sustainable growth, enhanced sales outcomes, and improved customer experiences.

Prior to joining Rovensa Next, Fábio held prominent leadership roles in global organizations such as BASF. He has led transformative initiatives that have driven growth and positioned businesses for long-term development throughout his career.
