Yonon plans launch of an annual 1,200-ton indoxacarb plant and 38,000-ton L- Glufosinate extension project

A few days ago, Yonon publicized the EIA of the green and high-efficient crop protection product manufacture and technology upgrade project on the website of the company.

Yonon, the project owner, is planning launch of a green and high-efficient crop protection product smart manufacture and technology upgrade project, located in Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, covering pesticide technical and technical concentrate of indoxacarb, L-Glufosinate and diquat. The technology upgrade takes a total investment of RMB120 million yuan. 

The project measures include the following:

1. Newbuild of an annual 1,200-ton indoxacarb TC production line, to be implemented in two phases (600 tons each phase); 

   
   

2. Technology upgrade of the existing L-Glufosinate TC and technical concentrate production lines (conversion); 

   
   

3. Process upgrade of recovery of the byproducts ammonium sulfate and ammonium chloride, to be equipped with environmental treatment facilities. 

   
   

4. Establishment of capacity of annual 1,200-ton indoxacarb TC, upgrading of 3,000-ton L-Glufosinate TC and 10,000-ton L-Glufosinate technical concentrate 50% (conversion); annual production of 1,143.7 tons of acetone and 264.2 tons of ammonium sulfate. 

Yonon was founded in January 2005, headquartered in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with main production bases distributed in Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang Province and Ningdong Coal-based Chemical Industry Park, Ningxia. At present, Yonon possesses several production bases, covering more than 1,500 mu of land. Its scope of production covers herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and acaricides, having built up its portfolio of multiple product varieties.
