SHAANXI HENGRUN LINONG BIOTECHNOLOGY CO., LTD hereby solemnly declares: our company is the only legal authorized manufacturer and exporter of Spiroxamine Technical and Fenhexamid Technical in China，as well as a legitimate manufacturer and supplier of Cyprodinil Technical. We have also applied for relevant patents for raw materials and intermediates of those products. The pesticide production license number is: Pesticide production permit （Shaan）0043.Following with registration certificates:

According to Article 44 of the Pesticide Administration Regulations issued by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, pesticides produced without obtaining a pesticide registration certificate are considered to be counterfeit pesticides. Any procurement of Spiroxamine and Fenhexamid produced by non Shannxi Hengrun Linong from China for export, especially to markets such as Europe, South America, and Africa, and procurement of Cyprodinil from enterprises without production license will be deemed illegal and the products will be counterfeit pesticides.

Our company reserves the right to take further actions, including maintaining close communication with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Chinese Customs, and the Consulate General of the aforementioned countries. We are committed to severely cracking down on illegal exports and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of compliant enterprises. At the same time, in order to purify the industry and combat unhealthy practices, any whistleblower will be heavily rewarded once their report is verified.
