Brazilian Pesticide Registration Coordinator(Workplace: São Paulo, Brazil.)
Job Responsibilities:
Master the pesticide registration regulations, policies, and requirements of the national and state levels in Brazil, track the dynamics of relevant registration regulations, and provide timely feedback;
Follow up promptly and complete the information updates, renewals, state registrations, and other related work after the company's pesticide registration is certified;
Represent the company in maintaining necessary public relations with government and other institutions;
Other registration-related tasks assigned by the management team of the Chinese parent company.
Qualifications:
Good oral and written communication skills in English;
3 years or more of experience in pesticide industry registration work;
Certified agricultural technician.
HR&Administrator(Workplace: Rosario, Argentina.)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in HR and administrative communication, coordination, and execution between the Chinese management team and the SAL Argentina team.
Manage the daily HR and administrative affairs of local employees, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations and handling business receptions.
Ensure the effective implementation of company policies within the SAL Argentine team.
Assist in managing labor relations changes and managing employment risks among employees.
Participate in formulating development plans for the local team to promote cooperation and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Linguistics or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with Argentine labor laws and HR management practices.
Proficient in both English and Spanish for work communication, including written and verbal correspondence.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
Ability to solve problems and adapt to various work challenges flexibly.
Finance Staff(Workplace: Rosario, Argentina.)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Bank affairs: Responsible for bank affairs and maintaining bank relationships, controlling the expense budget, payment and financing.
2. Financial report: Participate in budget management, financial analysis and Assist in the preparation of financial statement, tax return and audit, providing financial support to the management team, and assisting in resolving financial issues.
3. Internal Control: Oversee and execute the daily accounting work of the SAL Argentina, responsible for the management of archive work, to ensure effective implementation of internal control within the local team.
4. Inventory management: Responsible for the inventory check and cost accounting related to the import, tolling and stocks.
5. Team collaboration: Assist in communication, coordination, between the Chinese management team and the SAL Argentina team. Collaborate with the Chinese management team to ensure compliance with local financial and tax laws and regulations in Argentina.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields.
2.At least 2 years of relevant work experience, candidates with experience in an accounting firm will be given priority.
3.In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles, familiarity with local financial regulations in Argentina.
4.Proficient in both English(or Chinese) and Spanish for work communication, including written and verbal correspondence.
5.Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
6.Strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt to different work challenges.
7.Proficient in using accounting software and office software, certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
