CHD’S launches new product in the Brazilian market: ECLIPSE, a new solution with Thiametoxam

CHD’S DO BRASIL (CHD’S) has recently announced the official launch of its new insecticide product, ECLIPSE, in the Brazilian market. This new pesticide, containing 750 g/kg of thiamethoxam in a water-soluble granule formulation (SG), is the first thiamethoxam-based product to receive approval following the enactment of Brazil’s new Pesticide Law (Law No. 14,785, dated December 27, 2023).  

The implementation of this new Pesticide Law has established higher standards for the agrochemical industry. As the first thiamethoxam product approved under the new law, the successful launch of ECLIPSE serves as a benchmark for the entire industry. 

The introduction of ECLIPSE underwent a rigorous approval process under the new regulations, meeting the latest legal standards in all aspects, including safety and efficacy.
